Hey, We Won!!!!

Penn State is still undefeated …. AT HOME! After two depressing losses, the Nittany Lions managed to manhandle the woeful Hawkeyes of Iowa. Lost in the game was the inspired running of redshirt freshman Evan Royster. The guy not only ran the ball effectively, but unlike Kinlaw and Austin Scott, he was able to hold onto the ball as well.

Anthony Morelli was very erratic in the first half, but settled down nicely in the second half. The Penn State defense was suffocating as usual. Let’s remember this, though – Iowa may be the worst team in the Big Ten right now, and next week’s game against Wisconsin will pose a bigger challenge.

It should be low-scoring and as long as Penn State finds a way not to turn the ball over, we might have a chance …. PLEASE!!!
